I absolutely will not be going through with business with these people ever again. I went up there on a Wednesday to get a stove, fridge, washer and dryer, couch. They didn't have a fridge at all and wouldn't for 2 weeks and the stove they were offering me was majorly stained, but being that they were going to deliver it, I said sure. On the website it said they could get it delivered in 24 hours or less. When we were finalizing everything, they told me it wouldn't be til MONDAY which was almost an entire week I would have to wait. I said sure. They called all our references and then today (being Monday) our things are suppose to be delivered in 2 hours, they tell us they need to get a hold of our landlord or it can't be delivered. I just went to Rent a center to get my fridge and it was there by Friday with none of this calling everyone and harassing our landlord just to receive our much needed furniture that we already paid the deposit for and signed the contract for. Honestly I wouldnt give them one star if I didnt have to just to write a review....they are awful their attitudes suck all but a couple of them they harass you the day your payment is due they blow your phone up! I could understand if my payment was late but they call the morning it is due! They are rude and lie and their prices are out of this world I got a used washer and dryer that has broke several times they "fixed" it and I'm still paying over $2000 for them got a couch and some glass tables also used rubber pieces missing off of glass so glass sides on tables I told them they have yet to do anything about it! Of course paying like $1800 for it too! Then on top of that they claim I didnt make a payment when I do make my payment every week trying to charge me extra the following week claiming I didnt pay the week before! They just need to either get a whole new crew or just shut this store down bc obviously they have only one star for a reason! They are probably about to...

I got approved and was excited about getting a new sectional and bed room set & had a deliver date set up and the time was 10am-12pm after I hadn’t heard anything I called and they said it would be 2pm-4pm after waiting till 3:30 & being late to work I called and they said they were just loading it up so I had to get someone to come and wait for me so I could get to work. So they called abt 4:10 and said they were there I told them the situation and they said if no one was there by 4:30 they would leave. The person I had to come let them in was there at exactly 4:30 and they had already left.
