Smells like cat piss, it's overwhelming upon entering.

This is a terrible place. I'm not sure how it was in the past but the pictures online look nothing like it is inside now. The whole store is a mess and there is products everywhere in boxes. Half the shelves are empty with stuff all over the floor. The cool game machines in the google photo's are all broken and all over the place. On top of all that is the smell, it's absolutely horrendous. When I was there today a the woman behind the counter had a guy chasing a cat around the store. I have no idea how you can run a business like that. I can't image ever returning.

Note* I'm not against pets, but you have to take adequate steps to make sure any mess or smell is taken care of, this place of business does not.

Note** Also it was kinda weird there was orange totes of people's clothes in the middle of the shop. I wonder if these people live...

I'm a regular at this store, it's an excellent hangout spot for people of all ages. Staff very welcoming and friendly, always help with any questions about MtG or otherwise. Hosts events, game and movie nights, etc. Customers can stay for as long as they like, the atmosphere is very relaxed and it feels like an oldschool game store.

I've noticed quite a few clearly false one star reviews on their site, most of them being made today, and as someone who is an actual customer who KNOWS all of the staff, I recommend not paying attention/flagging some of these as inappropriate, which they clearly are.
