I was very pleased with my experience until it came to delivery. When I visited the store the service was exceptional. The sales reps were attentive and so very helpful. When I was picking out fabrics they went above and beyond in providing suggestions and made me feel very confident in my decision. It was a very pleasant experience that I do not regret!

The issues began when it was time to schedule the delivery. The sales reps who I previously had a wonderful experience with called and was able to set up delivery for 4 days after it was completed. She confirmed the time and phone number but the delivery time came around and no one showed up. I called after waiting for 30 minutes (and taking off work to meet delivery person) and there was no real excuse except “it isn’t going to work today.” I pushed back a little and asked why and she said “we don’t deliver there Fridays.” I said, well you confirmed with me and scheduled it for a Friday, I never heard anything about cancelling the delivery, and she had no explanation. She did apologize but it seems they would have not called and I would have been left waiting had I not reached out. After being on hold for 10 minutes they said delivery was coming now and would be at my location in an hour. I am thankful they ended up working it out to deliver, but was disappointed to pay a significant amount of money for a deliver that was followed by miscommunication after miscommunication and no real explanation for complications.

The delivery was smooth and the delivery men could not have been nicer. Even though the complications were due to no fault of their own they were apologetic and explained that they were not sure what had happened. Overall, I am very happy with the product. It looks wonderful and the quality is so nice. I would use the warehouse again but would warn someone to double check confirmations as miscommunications...

Wear you're walking shoes you'll need them for 33000 square feet of shipping. This is truly an amazing store, many people come here to shop so that makes for a lot of turnover in the furniture available. You'll need to shop often to see the new items that come in. The choices of sectionals sets individual pieces old fashioned, eclectic, modern, Colonial, colors, shapes, sizes, patterns, just amazing. If you can't find it here it's not to be found, especially at these fair and bargain prices. You may need furniture to fill a new home that you purchased or are building, rental property, staging a sale (realtors), your Office space needs a new look. You may have furniture that's just worn out its been used for decades but it's time for a change. Or maybe you just want to treat yourself for a birthday gift that you can go pick out for yourself. These are great people to deal with, Maria is knowledgeable or Window Shop alone. They have decorating specialist to pick materials so you can upholster specific chairs with a fabric of your choice. They have a repair shop for lamps that you own schedule to bring in. All I can say is you just need to come here to look around ask questions. And, do it often for an enjoyable experience. I have bought many items here and will buy many more. Oh, before I forget don't worry about coming in here with a walker or wheelchair there's room to get around. So come on in shop till you drop ( try the furniture while you're here, rest your legs) and then take a few pieces home with you. They have delivery service so take advantage of it if...

I can not speak highly enough about my experience here. I had just left the gym, and I had my four year old with me (looking an absolute mess). My husband and I have been looking for dining room furniture for a while now. I had discovered High Point the day before on Google and wanted to check them out. I felt out of place being in shorts and a t-shirt. I remember thinking as I was walking in, "I should have gone back home to shower and change." Much to my surprise, I was greeted with warmth. Then, the lady walked me through the showrooms. She spent a lot of time with me. She got a tape measure for me, helped me move chairs around different tables, and was very patient and understanding of my little one being with me. I never felt judged. I ultimately made the best decision and purchased a table and chairs before I left. They even offered candy to my little one for being well-behaved when we were leaving. I am a business owner myself, and this was just a wonderful experience. I know how impacting good reviews can be for a business. I wanted to show my gratitude for such a wonderful and warm place to shop. They have a grand selection, and everything is priced well. I honestly was shocked by some of their prices.
