This is my usual Starbucks. Generally they do really good... This last week I have had 3 mochas messed up. Today topped it. No whipped cream or drizzle, and missing about 3 ounces worth of coffee! Disappointed.

Firstly, the nice lady with the braids greeted me by calling me friend and telling me I looked pretty. I'm a simple girl; this made me very happy. Great first impression :) Secondly, I had trouble deciding which lavender drink I wanted, and they were so helpful! The cashier along with another barista both took the time to explain the different choices to me and offered to remake the drink if I was not satisfied. Thirdly, they were kind enough to bring my drink to me. I have a broken foot and am only able to walk around with a clunky walking device. I didn't even ask them to bring me my drink; they just made it so fast, I had just barely made it to my table to set my things down by the time they had finished it. My lavender oatmilk latte was super yummy too

My only complaint is that the music was a tad bit too loud given the acoustics of the place, but it was enjoyable music, so...

I'll be completely honest. I don't go in a any Starbucks because they and their customers think they are special for some reason or high society wannabes. I went through the drive thru only because my wife wanted something. I think their drinks are overpriced and adding ridiculous names to the sizes is insane. Ex: ventti for a large...really? Why? I think paying 6.75 for a 24 ounce cappuccino or whatever is crazy! I drink Starbucks " Sumatra " at home because the flavor is better than other brands I've tried, but a big bag is $12 dollars at the most and lasts me a little over 2 weeks. The service at the drive thru was good. No different than a McDonald's drive thru experience. Would I recommend going here? I guess if you are a person that needs people around you to think your cool because you are insecure. Then yeah buy at Starbucks stores and overpay if...

I went to Starbucks this morning after nearly two years away due to the pandemic. When I walked to the counter, a barista remembered my name without having to be prompted and greeted me by asking if I'd like my usual drink (not surprisingly, she nailed it and had remembered it specifically). I'm touched that she went above and beyond to make a customer feel valued simply by remembering my name and...
