Glen and Barbara provide incomparable customer service! If you ever find yourself in an emergency situation and need to replace your power lift chair, do not consider calling anyone other than Glen, at Northern Jersey Comfort. My incredibly generous sisters sprung into action when she heard the desperate situation I was in as I am unable to walk nor lift myself from a seated position. From the start she could not stop raving about how kind, patient and knowledgeable Glen was. Glen and I spoke at length about my needs, his lovely wife Barb left work early in order to drive two and a half hours to deliver a new Lift Chair to my home. I must say they were so lovely, knowledgeable and patient that my boyfriend and I could not be more impressed at this experience, these are truly fine people, dedicated and serious about the service they provide to people who find themselves in their moment of need. So many times we buy things with a click of the mouse. But if your looking for reclining chairs or mattresses you have to try them out. That’s why I keep buying from Glenn at Northern Jersey Comfort and Mattress by appointment. Not only will you be happy with the comfortable recliners and mattresses he has to offer but his prices are equal or better then what you find online. So do yourself a favor and get what you want by trying it out first. You will feel like you got a great deal for a comfortable product that you can enjoy for years, plus you have a face with a name should you have any questions down the road. I have personally bought 5 mattresses and a recliner as well as referred friends and family. Looking won’t cost you but a few minutes of your time. You’ll be happy you did. BTW, don’t let you children try them out, you may need to buy more then one, LOL

On Friday 7/9/21 I went to the store and was greeted by Glen. So let me tell you he was very friendly and helped me decide on my set. I did not feel like just a dollar sign. He had me test several mattresses and I found the one I liked. I also chose a movable base, which he took time to show me how it worked. Again he doubled checked to make sure I was happy. So on Saturday the very next day he delivered with his wife my whole set, which I love. They were both so friendly and took their time with me. They made sure that I was happy with the height of the platform I chose. They had me test the bed and also showed me how it worked. They also had stated if I needed anything to let them know and I truly believe that.
