If I could give these apartments 0 stars I would. They took my ex and I to collections for 500 dollars over what my ex actually owed. When I paid them 1000 they took my money gave me a paper receipt and ensured me that it would be taken out of the 1700.17 we owed in collections. That was a lie considering 2 years later collections is still running down my credit for 2200 dollars on an account I was on only 2 months as a secondary. After calling the office I was told they would get back with me since they dont actually have my info in their system only my exes and had to find paperwork that actually had me on the lease. But alas I never heard from them again. I used to be an independent cleaning lastly and was there when they had to attempt to get all the guest info in order after taking over this property and the paperwork and files were still a mess. But for the last 2 years I have been walking around with the wrong amount of debris on my credit history rendering my options and have reached out multiple times to get it fixed with no solution since they cant seem to keep their office staff and no one knows what's going on. All of this and I was a secondary for 2 months just to deal with all this. I wouldnt reccomend these...

Before moving, we gave her our new address. She inspected our apartment after we moved and charged us for ridiculous things ($5 for one lightbulb) and things that weren't damaged at all. Dani was supposed to send us the amount we owed but never did and never gave me a call. The only way I found out about owing them $80 is when it went to collections. I immediately paid it but I'm furious it went on my credit report. I tried to contact Moniel Management. I've left messages and wrote emails but haven't received a reply yet. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend renting from...

The lady in the office said it would take three days to get an approval or denial, which neither of that happened. Afterwards, no one never answered the phones or gave us a call back.
The misconception about the application fee is that it is $65 but they mandate you to pay the $50 administrative fee, leaving the total application fee to be $115 which neither is refundable.. So if they decide not to respond after taking your money, nothing could be done.. How community...
