Pricing on the website does not match the pricing when it’s time to play. Course is in very rough shape. Many of the bunkers were rock hard or full of water. Most of the fairways were half dead. The only living parts were crabgrass. Tee boxes had a lot of divots. There is no water on the course (all of the water dispenser holders were empty). Ball washers smelled like swamp. They have some kid that is like 10 working in the club house. The 10 year old came out and told us we couldn’t have two carts after the lady inside said to take two carts. Staff was also very rude, didn’t know the driving range was for juniors only. He said “you can’t hit here, these are for juniors only.” My friend said “alright I’ll head out.” The Ranger responded “yeah you better.” Guy on mower was following us for most of the round. We only played like 2 holes without a mower. There were also a lot of sirens and sounds from large vehicles backing up. Very overpriced for the quality. We will not be returning.

Greens are rough, and the ball bounces around quite often. Then again, that is common for a course this time of year. But, to that same point the fairways are covered with sticks and leaves-making it very hard to hit. If your going to play I wouldn't use 9i down unless your next to the green using a wedge. I personally used a 3 and 5 hybrid which worked well in these grounds. I've always been a fan of Huron Hills and Leslie Park, the course obviously gets better into spring and summer-which I'm looking forward to!

Booked a 420 tee time and played 18 by 745. The carts are newer, no real cart paths, so finding your next hole is sometimes a challenge. Greens were relatively flat, quite a few ball marks. The price was only $26 with a cart. 5110 yards from the longest tees, and I shot the best score of my life. I’d play again.

This is a very nice little municipal course. It's a short course (Par 67), and is very compact, but plays nicely. The front nine is mostly open with few hazards, fairly flat and is good for beginners. It's forgiving with up-and-back fairways, so if you shank a shot, you're probably still going to have a good chance to recover (with the exception of the outside fairways on the boundaries). The back nine are located across the street (actually, back 11, since 8 & 9 are there as well) and are a completely different play. They are hilly with many more trees, so it's a completely different round once you make the turn. Fairways are shorter and narrower and a bit more technical, but still very playable for the casual golfer. The back nine is my favorite part of the course, despite being tougher. It's got an "up north" feel, despite being tucked into a residential section of Ann Arbor (there are no houses on the course). It's always been very reasonable in terms of green fees, and is a great little course if you just want to jump out and get a...

This course used to be run by nice, courteous people. The renovations and temporary, I’ve seen, filled the place up with adults who seem to have a power problem. I’ve gone there over 10 times over the summer, and I have had a single good interaction with any employee. The rangers (in particular the larger redhead and the blond man with a long face) are completely disrespectful and unreasonable. We’ve been yelled at for taking two shots off of the tee. Been interrogated because we have “opaque” water bottles. And recently, our entire group was kicked off because one of us needed to pee in the BACK of the back 9, completely hidden behind trees, with no bathroom around. Is that really necessary? With no groups even close to us… this place is expensive for what you get, and filled with bad employees - I love the receptionist, and the nice looking ranger with brown hair. But the two I mentioned make this course unplayable. Shake some...
