SnackBOX — Local services in Anoka

Our organization worked with SnackBOX for an order sent to team members for a virtual meeting we were holding in spring of 2023. It was our first time working with this vendor, and our experience could not have been better. Autumn and her team were terrific to work with! Autumn was available and responsive and exceeded expectations. (This is quite uncommon in the customer-service world!) From the help creating a card for SnackBOX to print and include, to suggestions on shipping dates, to clarifications on any questions we had, the process was customer-centered and so efficient! Shipping was quicker than expected, and we encountered no problems. I ordered Snackboxes for my summer science camp students. The course was virtual and normally (if we were in-person) we would have provided food. Snackbox was a great and easy way to provide snacks to all my students during this virtual course. The students were excited to get the shipment in the mail and it really made the course feel a little more special.

I worked with Autumn to get claimcodes for all students and Autumn put together a personalized landing page with our company logo and a custom welcome message. Each student was able to select from 1 of 5 snackbox choices (they have gluten-free, kosher, and vegan options, which was great. Students could choose based on their preference and dietary restrictions without any extra hassle).

Our company has worked with the SnackBOX team multiple times in the last few years. We have shipped boxes in varying quantities from 20 to 2000 individual employee home addresses. We have asked for custom boxes and snack swaps.
