Casey's Market — Local services in Anson

I'm not sure what is going on with the one who answers the phone when I call but boy he is.. well, how do you say it.? Incompetent ya that's it. In the last week I have placed a Pepperoni pizza and large fry order. The pizza was ok but the fries had about as many as a happy meal fry. This is no exaggeration it looked like someone either ate half of the order or they didnt cook a full order. Then I called to place an order for a lg steak bomb and 2 ham dogwoods, nothing special. The same guy answered the call and repeated back my order. When we went to pick it up, the steak bomb was ready but he said I only ordered a steak bomb. Seriously? He should be taught phone ediquitte and how to write a friggen order correctly. Suffice it to say, I will no longer be ordering from them. What's really irritating Is he out right lied. If they forgot or hadn't finished the full order thats understandable. I know they get busy at times, but to say I only ordered the one sandwich. This guy is losing...

If they had a zero star rating that's what Casey's would be getting. Ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza that was so Stiff and hard that it was like eating cardboard. Then also at the same time ordered a couple sandwiches for work the next day and there was Mold on the bread. I called and they said well I don't know what we would do about that! Casey's has gone down hill don't waste your hard earned money on this 3rd rate food that they don't care about the food or their customers. Used to order a lot from them not no more. Lucky to be getting one star, I ordered some food was told it'd be ready in 10 mins. I had a 20 min drive to get there. I walk in and wait at the counter to be serviced, not even a "hi" or "how are you?" But greeted everyone else that walked in. Then when I waked to the other counter, i then still had to wait for the two to stop talking. I don't recommend anyone going here, I still had to wait an additional 10 mins for the food. 30 mins for a sandwich is a bit much, especially...
