Staff was passive aggressive and not polite at all. I went in at about 5:00 knowing they closed at 6. After looking at what they had for maybe 10 minuets I went outside due to a phone call, then came back in to continue looking. I grabbed a few things and was waiting for a convenient time to check out (when the cashier didnāt seem too busy), but at about 5:20 another worker approaches me and asks if Iām looking for anything in particular because I had been āin and out all day about 4 timesā (her exact words). I calmly explained that Iād only been there for 20 minuets at most, and only went outside once due to a phone call. She did not apologize or say anything polite, instead just saying Iād been in there a while. I apologized, and as I went to check out I found the other worker was standing in the aisle watching us. Her hands were on her hips and she looked annoyed, but walked off as she saw I had seen her. I panicked slightly and went to check out, apologizing again if I had accidentally caused an inconvenience and once more explained myself. There was no apology or any politeness at all, just a simple check out. I regret buying and instead wish I had just put my groceries back because I no longer felt welcomed there at all.
I have older siblings who have also had similar experiences where they were followed around the aisles and were met with general rudeness by the exact same...

The people making sandwiches didn't wear them. I would see people wearing gloves, and ones who didn't wear gloves while making sandwiches.
Earls is a nice place! However during covid, I am extremely disappointed they choose to be be not safe by endangering not only their own lives, but the lives of their own customers. I'll be going someplace else. I hope their staff will wear masks asap! It will give many people a peace of mind that we will be safe in their environment. It's a shame, it's a pleasant atmosphere with great staff who...

They are a small little local stop and go. In the back there's a meat cutting station and sub shop. I've never had ground beef taste so good. If you're looking for a hoagie that will stuff you all day, or to take half for lunch the next day, I really recommend buying from here.
They also have a small antiques and gifts room, with interesting finds. I like that they also have local people selling goods in the store, like the cookies and local honey, as well as the coconut or peanut butter eggs ( very delicious ) š
If I had one negative, it would be to check dates before you buy. Occasionally, I've found some not in date items. Other than that, I absolutely love...
