Brooke and Brandon provided great customer service above and beyond. My phone was fixed within a matter of minutes. I was offered refreshments and a comfortable seat while I waited. If that wasn't enough Brandon took himself away from his work and spent his break telling me about the business and asking questions. Highly recommended for the repair of phones, laptops, cameras, just about anything mobile. Mostly we don't think about getting our phones repaired. We'll just trade it in for another one. But when you have 5 months left on a lease and the phone is damaged Sprint charges $150 for turning in a damaged phone. I walked in and met with Brandon and Randy. I showed them my phone and said this was either going to be a miracle or challenge. My phone had gotten knocked off of my desk and landed in the flooded basement during the recent rain storm. When I turned the phone on, the screen would flash but never come on.

In short, they told me the battery and front screen were ruined from the water. They hooked up another front screen they had and were then able to use a battery to power the phone.. It looked like a MacGyver project and it worked. 😀 They were then able to get the information transferred to the new phone.

I took my son's desktop computer to Stride Tech Mobile for a fan repair, and Randy diagnosed the problem quickly,.and accurately! He was friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. Now my son is happy to have his computer back up, and running. Stride Tech Mobile was the only computer repair store that was open, and willing to work on my son's computer today (Saturday).
