Quality work, but poor customer service by the owner/jeweler. We had taken my wedding set in to be repaired and when I got it back it looked excellent but was soldered together incorrectly. The band needed to be flipped so it would fit together better. When I took it back the jeweler, Tim, insisted that they had done it correctly the first time and as I politely explained to him what needed changed he was shaking his head no and continued to give me reasons why he thought I was wrong. He made a comment that he “would do it the way I wanted it, but when I brought it back for a third time because it wasn’t right that wasn’t on them”. He spoke very defensively and belittling toward me, to the point I was in tears and tried to just take my ring back as it was; but he insisted they would finish the job. He had me wait in store while he took it back apart and after he placed it the way I asked him to he said “you’re right, it does fit better that way” and completely changed his tune toward me. After the third attempt I’m still not 100% satisfied with the results, but will leave it as is or take it elsewhere. I SO appreciated the ladies working on the floor, who overhead and watched the encounter, for being so sweet and attentive to me while I waited.
