If you have any bottles to return, avoid this store. They dont accept about 90% of what you consume nowadays. Any, and I mean ANY, one litre bottles are not excepted. Monster cans that arent the 16oz or 24oz, not accepted. Any mini cans of pop, not accepted. Items clearly on their shelves, not accepted. And people dont have time to flag the one person thats not hiding in the back on there phone to ask for help. Lets say you do make it through that hell hole....you cant use self scan because the coupons are for AFTER the purchase......well im not purchasing anything....and, if your like me when I was in there, you get 2 employees laughing at you from all of 5 feet away as you try to figure out the system. I know this is the only store in mattawan but please take your money to paw paw. Unless you like being judged, laughed at and, more than likely, put on tik tok as a karen or ken. AVOID...
   Read moreI was extremely disappointed to see management is not doing their part to enforce the State & Federal medical experts recommendation that people (customers) wear protective masks inside the establishment. Although there were only six people in the store, three of them were not wearing masks! It is obvious management is helping to protect employees by installing protective barriers at checkout and having employees wear masks etc. but they are doing nothing to protect customers! There should be a sign at the door informing customers masks MUST be worn inside and if ignored, a manager should inform that person to either put a mask on or leave immediately! My husband really likes their whole cooked deli chicken, which he thinks is better than Meijer's or Costco's. The employees are always friendly (especially the cashiers).
