As one of the original homebuyers in this community, I write this with a heavy sense of disappointment. When we first moved in, we had high hopes for what this neighborhood could become — a well-run, tight-knit, and professionally managed place to call home. Unfortunately, that vision was never supported the way it should have been.

From the beginning, the lack of communication and follow-through from Alex and Trevor has been frustrating at best and neglectful at worst. Requests for assistance were often ignored or deflected, and genuine concerns about maintenance, property standards, and accountability were met with vague promises or silence. We sent over 11 e-mails & many phone calls with no response until threatened with legal actions. As homeowners who committed to this development early on, we expected better — not just in words, but in action. Alex was incredibly disrespectful and disingenuous to valid concerns (see pictures).

It’s been disheartening to watch issues be brushed aside or poorly handled over the years. Many original buyers like us were left feeling abandoned, while Pulte seemed more focused on appearances than genuine improvement or community input.

The pictures included are AFTER the “walkthrough” as these are current issues after almost two years. We find more issues after we try and improve our house.

Trevor and William did a phenomenal job. From the first contact they were exceptional in their communication and professionalism. As a family we feel truly honored to have worked with Trevor and William, who made the process as stress free and exciting as it could be. At no point during this journey did we feel neglected. Trevor and William were always available to answer questions and clarify any misunderstandings. The weekly updates kept us in the loop at all times. Trevor and William truly went above and beyond for our family throughout this journey. As first time homebuyers we were a bit nervous about this process but working with them made this process much better than we expected. Trevor and William are exceptional workers and if I had to go through this process again, there is no other team I would rather to work with. We recently closed on a home at winding meadows and our experience all the way from sales to construction mirrors the positive reviews here. Abbey was in constant communication with us during the sales/contract process as well as timely answering all of our questions during the entire build process about utility setup etc and the closing process in general. Courtney, at the design studio, helped us make wise design choices. Alexandra, our construction manager, kept us updated with weekly progress reports and diligently responded to any concern or questions we had during the build process. We hired a third party inspector for pre-drywall as well as pre-closing inspection and he also gave positive remarks overall with mostly minor issues that were resolved prior to closing.
