I was really looking forward to using Eden’s Party Supply Store for the first time, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I had placed a balloon order in advance, expecting it to be ready for a quick pickup after work. When I arrived, the order hadn’t been fulfilled, and no one had contacted me ahead of time—even though they had my phone number. What should have been a quick 5-minute stop turned into over 20 minutes of waiting.

To add to the frustration, when I got home I noticed the balloons I did receive were already starting to deflate. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and the balloon quality left me really let down. I hope this feedback helps improve future...
