We bought a Poulin Pro lawn mower. Have had it for about 3 months. 3 weeks ago I was mowing the lawn. I have a lot of tree roots sticking up in the back yard. I came up to some stopped the mower, disengaged the blade to keep from hitting the roots.
When I let the clutch out the mower lunged forward and I flew backwards with the seat and landed on one of the roots and hurt my back. It seems that the front two bolts had vibrated out and the 3rd one ripped out and I went flying.
I went to the Emergency Room and had no broken bones. The pain was so severe that I was unable to lay down for over 2 weeks. So I spent the time sleeping sitting up. My circulation was so bad my feet swelled to at least twice their size.
I had my wife contact them because they still haven't replaced the seat and don't seem to be very interested in talking to us. This is a very poor way to do business. I guess their failure to install it properly doesn't matter.
Update: 7-26-18 Sorry I didn't get to this sooner. I went through about a year of them picking up and repairing the mower constantly. They finally replaced the mower with one that works well.

When I am done paying off my cheap, over priced furniture I will NEVER step foot back in that building. I have warned everyone I know not to deal with this place. The store can't keep employees, nobody wants to work there. Trust me, I know. If you happen to be late on a payment the store manager will threaten you with all sorts of terrible things, not to mention the 10-15 calls per day to your phone and your relative's phones. Read moreI had given them a 5-star review in May but changed it to a two star after today's encounter with Katie. We have been loyal customers for almost a year and never late on our payments. We purchased 3 things from them and today I called about adding something and spoke to Katie. She called back and stated they had to run our credit and it was bad. I said it was that way last year and Jeff approved us, and she said I don't know how. She said she would speak to Jeff and call back but never did.
