I went to HNL labs because they are on my health plans list of providers. Only thing they provided was a bill for $375.00 to go with my blood work. I spoke to the billing dept., they agreed the diagnostic code entered was wrong. I contacted my physician, they resend script. with correct code. HNL doesn't re-bill the insurance company. I went to Hnl labs for the first time yesterday for routine bloodwork and had a very good experience. It was very quick. The lab was very clean. The phlebotomist (Lisa) was excellent. She was knowledgeable, professional, and blood was drawn before I even know it was started. I highly recommend and I will be returning here for any lab work I may need...
