The owner literally saved my Disney Vacation!! I made the mistake of buying iron ons off Etsy. I received 4 of the 5 and when I submitted a claim on the 5th I was given a date of shipment AFTER we went to Florida. We all wanted the cliche matching shirts for our 1st trip. I had messaged around for help and Tag'D was the only place willing to help in such short notice while they had other things going on as well. It took hours for the shirt to be done and it was the best shirt out of them all. I was so happy! The owner didn't charge me for the shirt and decal. I am the type of person who knows what its like to drop what you're doing to help someone else to make sure that THEY have a great trip. I couldn't just leave there without doing something in return. I walked around their store, purchased some items and had them keep all of my change from the purchase. I atleast owed that to them for saving our trip and making our cliche, matching t-shirt, family picture in Disney comr true. 😊 Their clothing is amazing and my kids get gifts from Santa from Tag'D and also from relatives now. Every school year it’s the same story with all the orders late and behind. No matter how early you place your school orders there is always the same excuse about being overwhelmed with orders and trying to fulfill them. The first year it happened I thought it was a learning curve and let it go but now I see someone just simply doesn’t know how to run a business or prioritize. It’s exhausting reading all FB pity party comments about how simply overwhelmed they are by the start of school year. This is not only industry or business that has a busy season yet every year it never improves. I’m also very shocked that there isn’t a first order in first out standard. I’m not sure how you can justify trying to fill the store for pick up items when orders that were taken months ago aren’t being worked on or fulfilled?
