Have shopped here many times, and of the times I have this is what I have noticed. They are generally over priced, but people can overlook that because it is convenient. Many times I’ve bought things that when I took them home and opened them, I’ve found mold growing on the food. Today was my last straw with SuperValu. I’ve gone in many times, three times to be exact, and brought my puppy in with me. He is a hypoallergenic puppy, a Cockapoo, and he generally never leaves my arms. So tell me why today all the sudden, I am not allowed to have pets with me in the store. According to the manager (at least I think that was who the person was) they have a posted sign about it. I did not see one. And if it’s a rule, then why was I not informed of it the first three times? The woman said that the employees might not have known, I must ask, how that is something I need to be responsible for? After I left, the lady was standing up at the register basically trash talking me, and my family overheard her. Unprofessional, and rude.
