Took a Stihl brushcutter in for repair and new filters and spark plug. I asked for a call for an estimate prior to actual repair, they took my number and said they would . Never got a call, never got an estimate. I called them a week later and they said it was done. $165 and a half tank of gas later and it wouldn’t restart. Had someone else look at it, and Truland only repaired one fuel line and replaced a filter. It also had another leaking fuel line, a crack in the primer bulb and they did not replace the spark plug. I told them if it was going to cost a bunch I wanted a phone call. They called and told me they had thrown parts at it and what the parts were going to be but forgot to tell me how much the total bill was going to be.
