Long line outside this place reaching way pass the truck stop with half trailer load. At the gate they could not find my load in their system for 8 am, pulled forward for more info from my dispatcher. Half hour later they found it by apt # so I proceeded to check in. Waited 1 hour for available dock then 4 more hrs to get unloaded. The unloading started, stopped then continued etc. Young Millennials with silly smiles told me to be more respectful because they work hard, 8 hrs everyday, so they say. My question to all You waiting truckers there, is : 1) Don't we drivers deserve more respect for bringing their load on time, 2) To get unloaded within 2 hrs or less, 3) We are 2 or 3 times their age, 4) Because we work twice as long as them, at least 15 hr day, 5) Please sign our BOL with time in and out.( Unless You're too embarrassed ) !!! Just my point of view since places like Costco here in Morris, IL is able to unload 50 trucks at once within 1 hr each with minimal paperwork, years back. Take notice Best Buy this isn't 1985, if your warehouse keeps on losing your own unnecessary finances that's fine but wasting our time as drivers means we can't deliver our next product...

Overall was good experience for off loading. I dont know why ppl has such a bad experience. We only have 1 item around 29 pallets. So if you have more than 1 item it will take longer (they receive by cartons rather than pallets), look at your bol. Check with security first (truckers needs to stay on the right lane), you need to hand your ID, paperwork, the appointment no. is 1000xxxxx, theres bolt cutter, cut your seal. After that you will go around the building near 227 door to get your door, back up to your dock plenty of room. The light will turn red, once its green go back to check in door 227 and get your paperwork on left of the windows. Make sure you check for overage and shortage. The office have washroom, microwave, soda machine, there's also honney bucket for after hours. Flying J, Loves, Wal-Mart, Chick Fila near by, Boss Shop repair shop. When checking out make sure one of the door is open for guard check inspection, hand him the paperwork work and off you go. Our over all...

Arrived to this facility on 12/12/24 @ 5:47am for a 6am appt.. Half a dozen trucks in line at frt gate/ guardhouse. Got processed @ 5:59 am and sent around to the other side of Warehouse to receiving office beside dock#227. What a clustered mess of people and trucks all parked in every form of rude, inconsiderate ways. You’d of thought the world was coming to an end. I managed to not get hit and checked into receiving office but had to wait for Dock to open up. Yard jockey eventually hunted me down and Dock #227 was mine. Once backed in, crickets, nothing happened for over an hour. I was kept over nearly an hr past the standard 2hr live unload, which paid me detention pay. Thanks Best Buy Bathroom in receiving office. Same gate pass you were issued on way in is needed on way out. I checked out @ 8:47am. Pack your patience when coming here. Employees seemed nice enough but executing a fairly basic live unload seemed a challenge. Probably want to arrive 1/2 to 1 hr early...
