Horrible experience for first timers. Asked for the 40$ of 4 family pack and the manager told us that it would be 40 a person, which it stated on the prices it was a family pack for the 40$. After we called him out his demeaner changed immediately and he was very rude. Then we saw it said if you got 10$ game card youd get a kid meal for free- so we mentioned that, he questioned it as if he didnt have a clue of what we were talking about and rang us up anyway , we then said he should have checked before ringing us up then he got in my face i smelled his horrd breath because of how close he was and he said " you know what lady ill give u the free meals" in a very mean tone. So then we went to play games before ordering about 10 plus games were not in service- he then came up to us showed us a pictre on his phone saying "see its only Thursdays for the free food" By then we were over him but we continued to try and enjoy our time and ordered food. We got pizza- raw and an overly hard old extra salted pretezel . We asked for a new pretzel and he came back with yet again with another hard pretzel, then i banged the pretzel on the table and asked if he would eat it and it was clanking on the table and he said thank you lady have a good day. So after that we left all the food we paid for and didnt eat it. We went outside to try to still enjoy our time and were waiting in the go cart line and half the go carts were broken and we had to keep waiting while everyone else got to go cuz we needed a double. When it was finally our turn the kid working lifted up my go cart and dropped it from midair. We did enjoy the go cart ride and they boys working were polite and took photos for us. Then we did golf and only one of the holes were broken. The water attraction and zip line were both not open for the day. Might i add the manager was wearing the same black gloves the entire time we were there . We watched him go around the park and in n out of the kitchen with the same gloves. All the employees inside were not enthusiastic or friendly and had no idea of what was going on. Rather sit on their phones then help someone. The bathrooms smelled disgusting, the tables were dirty with food left there, food on the floor, opened ketchup, we also had to wipe our own table to sit and the wipe was black after wiping it. The manager all of a sudden tried to be nice by offering a free zip line pass when the zip line wasnt even functioning and we arent from the area. We made a special trip over an hour to come check it out and would not recommend at all . Very disappointed in how the managers behavior affected our good time. We will never be coming back. Here...
Read moreWe had my grandsons birthday here. It's a really nice place in Ardmore .. Very clean party rooms & the attendants were extremely kind & helpful . The amusement center has arcade games, putt putt golf, climbing & aerial areas with safety harness's . Has a cafe with full kitchen. A near by baby's play area . The go cart area is top notch. They had so much fun the kids didn't want to leave but they closed at 8pm. That's why it got only 4 star rating. We will defiantly be returning. ( Note: It's spring time now & the nights are rather cold. So when weather warms up this summer they should change open & closing hours just for the summer.months. or at least I'm hoping so & if they do I'll add the 5th star.) Anyway we just ran out of time do everything available . I wanted to play putt-putt just no time. The party started at 4pm doing that took over an hour. So we stayed until closing at 8pm. Some of our group left before we did but all in all everyone got there money's worth of fun. Prices are good for all the things available. They do have family rates for a group 4 ppl on certain nights which is defiantly a bargain. Of course our time was on a Saturday which is a extremely busy time. The place is big enough you don't feel crowded. Covid restrictions are medium . Most ppl didn't have mask but they did tell you upon entering to keep the 6ft distant rule. Like when you stand in line to order food at cafe, getting a ticket card to play games or when you wanted to exchange the tickets you win for prizes. I recommend it for anytime not just party's. It's a great family fun night. We couldn't have ask for anything better for the B-day party. We got to bring in finger foods, a cake & punch. The employees helped set it up & they did the cleaning afterwards. In my books that's a huge plus. Because when having a group of 4 to 6 year olds. They don't particular care about the clean up & rightfully so. They came to just have fun & play.
We did notice a group upset which caused a hostile situation.. It wasn't anyone in our group so not sure why that happened. We probably wouldn't have even noticed someone was upset but the voices rose above the winning bells & ringing. (It got LOUD)
I do feel management did a awesome job diffusing the problem & removing them from the area. I hope it...
Read moreI came back to The Clubhouse for the first time in a while to spend some time with a friend from out of town, and we absolutely had a blast! Since it's winter time there were not many people there, but even still I was impressed with the service we got. The staff was very attentive, and noticed almost immediately every single time we started to walk towards the go-karts to give the track another go around. The facility and grounds are very well cleaned and maintained. Looking back, I can't remember a single time that I saw trash lying around anywhere. Arcade games were fun, and the shooting games that we played had guns that were well-calibrated, which I think helps show their dedication to providing a fun experience to their guests. The only thing that I have still yet to try here is their ropes course, as it's been closed the last few times I've gone due to cold weather, but I can say it's impressive in scale, at least! They offer packages for groups that let you experience a little bit of everything that they have to offer, if you're looking to have a fun evening! I definitely recommend this place if you've never been, at least to experience...
