Stevens Glass — Local services in Argentine Township

Bought a glass windshield For crane from these guys ..was sent out wrapped in abrown paper w no protection whatsoever. Upon arriving on job site (about 5 miles away)it had cracked where they had cut it to bevel corners. (The 350.00 window was transported on front seat of of company truck w female driver and no metal contacts) After unloading from truck and seeing the Crack (the owner of company, Steve, loaded the window) it was returned to Steve's glass. Steve's glass stated not their problem. FIRST, who transports glass w no protections? Apparently they do or at least when the customer is a woman and specifically asked that it be wrapped in a blanket which she had. SECOND, the glass cracked from where they cut it not anywhere else. It's impossible that the glass contacted anything that would have caused this crack by itself. Glass had to have had preexisting defect to Crack on a 5 mile journey buckled in the front seat of a dodge ram. So let the customer beware if these guys do your glass and make a mistake they will never own it. KEEP THE 350.00 GUYS YOU NEED IT YOU MUST BE REALLY...

Steven’s Glass is Amazing. I called to get a horse trailer window replaced. Kari Ann answered the phone. I immediately heard a friendly voice. She was so sweet and told me she would talk to the repair guys and get back with me, as they were out on other calls. She returned my call promptly and I asked her when I could bring my trailer in for an estimate. She said they could come to my house and look at the window needing to be replaced. Friendly and efficient.

They did a great job replacing our windshield after a freak flying turkey accident. They came to our house and were in and out in under an hour. They were extremely friendly and made sure to clean up after themselves and took care of all the broken glass in the car.
