Homies Tire Shop — Local services in Argo

I had a blowout on a Sunday... This shop was the closest that was open today... I called in regards to an LT275/60/20... They told me they had one for $60... I get there 20minutes later with just the rim... I'm told by the owners daughter that it must have been sold before I arrived and the only tire they have will cost me now $125 for a used tire... Fine, let's do it... I was charged $142... As they were finishing balancing the tire I was talking with another customer about how this was my 3rd tire in 2 days due to different reasons... At which time the daughter spoke to the older lady in Spanish, in which the older lady becomes pissed off by what she said, grabs the 2 pieces of my tire, throws them at my feet and yells at me in Spanish... Me being confused asked what was that all about, she says it's because I was talking bad about them to another customer, which was proven to be false... #1 As a business owner myself, you do not conduct yourself to any customer in the way that was. There is always a proper way of communicating without yelling at a customer especially in a language they don't understand. #2 You never throw something at their feet especially in a shop full of things that could potentially hurt someone. #3 Don't lie to a customer about a specific tire being there at a $60 price just to sell it at a $125 price. And lie about how someone must have came before I got there and I was there in 20 minutes and it took y'all 30 minutes just to change my tire. Worst...

I wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy. I paid $22 for a PLUG, for the next day the tire to go flat. It was Sunday and I was leaving springville, and they’re aren’t many places open the reason I went ahead with the service. I needed to getting home and I was across town. I notice in other reviews they love saying how the price is told beforehand that doesn’t mean they aren’t overpriced. I went back Monday after getting in my car and my tire light being on, he did nothing. Him and the white guy he was servicing were laughing because I’m not understanding why it went flat not even 24 hours later. He then says maybe another hole happened and puts air in it and walks away. I was able to get my car to my Hallmark (Jim Burke) dealership, and they said is was not another whole. The technician actually stated how he didn’t even tell anything was don’t to the tire. I’m just gonna stick to my dealership I like warranty’s and knowing that once I’ve paid for the service it will be...

This is not just a tire shop, this is a place of blessing. They were absolutely amazing. We were halfway through our first day of a two day road trip to Texas when our van started shaking and we knew we had a tire problem. By God’s grace we were 15 minutes from this shop. They found which tire it was a fixed it quickly and for a very good price. They took care of us in many more way than just a new tire. We were very stressed with two toddlers with us and our girls had so much fun in the little area they have made for children including a pretend boat they built and they had a cool place for us to sit with snacks and drinks for us.
