I’m giving 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. We took our mower there to have the Carburetor cleaned and that was it. We called 2-3 times a week for a month nearly and every time I actually got to talk to someone they would put me on hold for 45 mins then disconnect. I was told upon dropping it off that they would have it done in a week and a half and if it was going to be more than $150 they would call. It has been 4 weeks and we finally talked to someone who told us it was ready and it was $442!!! I did NOT approve of any other repairs, they didn’t call and get permission to do any of it. They decided to change the battery, install new blades and pulleys. Change the belt that was BRAND NEW when I dropped it off. And put a new carburetor on it instead of cleaning the one that was on it. The carburetor just needed to be cleaned and adjusted that was all I approved of. Now I’m out $442 I didn’t really have to spend because I needed it for other stuff because they didn’t do what they said they would do. I Do NOT recommend taking anything to them to be worked on.    Read moreLet me start out by saying my experience with this business which is locally owned was by far the best my son Polaris 170 that would not go in gear everybody I called kept saying for up To 8 weeks out on even looking at it while seeing their post on Facebook so I was passing by there last Tuesday on my off day I figure let me stop in and see if they can work on it well I did and the guy told me no problem go home get it bring it on back down there so I did just as he asked me too well with 24 hours he called me and told me exactly what was wrong with it and tell me it be ready the next day and far as price goes by far the best also so today on my off day I went by picked it up and next week I'll be taking my lawnmower to have it serviced by them. And with me being a sales manager at a local dealership as I learn customer service and communicating with a customer is the most important thing and they did exactly like I would do...

I bought a bad boy Maverick Mower from this place and it did seem decent at first for a little while until the steering decided to loosen up. While still under some sort of warranty I called the company to ask about how to tighten the steering and I was told that he was with a customer and he would get with the shop in the back and call me back. It is now two weeks later and still waiting on the phone call. While pushing both handles forward to go straight it turns left because the left handle is loose and I can't seem to get an answer as to how to tighten the steering. If anybody can give me some pointers on it that would be greatly appreciated. I am afraid that I am being pushed in the wild goose chase awaiting for the warranty to run out, mainly since I've only got two months now left.
