I have gone to this facility twice now, the first time I saw Tiffany and the second time to see Delphine. I was very excited to see Tiffany cause of all the positive reviews. The haircut she gave me was okay, she curled it afterwards and I was happy with it. When I got home I took a shower and straightened it, I realized I would like maybe an inch or two shorter. I contacted her within one or two days of the cut and asked her if she could do it shorter. She said that was fine and would contact me as soon as she could. I said yes whenever available, I’ll get it cut by whoever. And then it’s as if she took serious offense by that and started questioning why her cut wasn’t good enough. I was turned off by that point and said, I’ll just take what day you have next, and then she never got back to me. I ended up cutting it myself. The following time I met with Delphine because I didn’t want Tiffany. I was AGAIN excited to meet with her since I saw the great reviews. However, it was probably the most uncomfortable appointment I’ve ever been on. I wanted a trim and she said that I would have to stand to get my haircut (I had just gotten off a 12 hour shift) and my feet were in so much pain as it took her 45 minutes to trim and layer my hair. When I asked her why I had to stand, she said it was so that the cut would come out even. After it was cut and she curled it, I was was pretty much over it and just wanted to go home. I then got home to find that my hair was uneven anyways. I cut it myself again to even it out. Overall such terrible experiences for the incredibly high prices (I paid more than 100 dollars for each appointment). I would never recommend it. I first came across Nicki’s name on my local Nextdoor app during the early months of the pandemic when someone recommended her for gray blending. I was intrigued and started following her on Facebook and Instagram. The pictures of her work were beautiful! I made an appointment and was super happy with the results. It was a big decision as I’d been with the same stylist for over 15 years and wanted someone closer to home. As a blonde, I didn’t need the gray blending and just do a cut and highlights, but each and every time, they just get better and better! Nicki tailors her techniques to each person. No session is identical, but the results are impressive! What I love about her is she is always on the lookout for new techniques and stays abreast of the latest trends, products, etc. And speaking of products, the products they carry maintain your hair (and color) in between sessions, which is great for someone like me who isn’t consistent with a regular appointment schedule. Nicki is incredibly helpful leading up to big events and getting you completely prepared for proms, parties, and weddings, too! Her knowledge of the Halo extension system in unmatched and I felt like I was in the absolute best hands as she helped me prepare for my wedding! She has amazing patience and will make sure you leave her chair not just happy, but feeling like the best version of yourself.
