The haircut itself was fine but not worth $45 + tip. I only came here as this is much closer than the place I have been going for several years. When I walked in, there was no way to check in, they just asked who was here first. They had pizza sitting out on a table for everyone to grab....very unsanitary especially with hair being cut just a few feet away. There were mounds of hair and paper trash under every chair like they hadn't swept in 2-3 cuts. My barber also kept stopping throughout the cut to change to music playing, just unprofessional. About halfway through the cut, my barber stopped because he had to unload something from his truck and somebody else stepped in to finish. Again, the cut was fine but I thought that was unprofessional. I also thought that for $45, they would also shave my neck but I had to go home and do that myself. I was trying to be hopeful of a new place and support a small/local business but was let down. Not sure that I would return or recommend...

I’ve been searching for a barber shop that could cut my son’s hair consistently, and I’m so glad we now have this new small business in town! Alex did a fantastic job on my son’s haircut — he was professional, detail-oriented, and made sure we left completely happy.

What really stood out to me is their hours. They stayed open until 9pm just to take care of us, and they’re open 7 days a week with late hours to fit any schedule. In my opinion, that sets a new standard for service in our community.

I visited The Vault for the first time today, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Michele did an excellent job with my haircut and beard trim. Her attention to detail was spot on, and I really appreciated how she took the time to make sure everything was just right. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly, which made for a very relaxed experience. Plus, it's super convenient since it's so close to home – I’ve definitely found my new go-to barbershop.
