When enter here take the right lane and wait for guard to open gate arm. Don’t worry about checking in on barcode, you will check in inside guard shack.

I arrived at 7pm for my 6pm-10pm drop n hook appointment, guard came to inspect my trailer and found visible damage inside my trailer and I had to use tape to fix the damage if I didn’t have it I couldn’t have dropped my empty and picked up my loaded. The guard directed me where to drop my empty and where to locate my loaded. If my loaded wasn’t where the empties are I would have to go into this place to find it.

Slide my tandems to rear at the entrance, continue straight where you’ll see the empty lot. Dropped my empty there, didn’t see my loaded trailer. I continue straight up the hill, made the first left, continued all the way straight down and found the loaded trailer lot. When leaving here with loaded trailer you have to get on their weigh scale and weigh each axle. (You can look at the weigh scale board when it’s time to move around, you’ll see a green light to move a little forward and red light to stop) Once all axles are weighted you can go inside for your paperwork.

This place should definitely have overnight parking, it’s in the middle of nowhere and there isn’t any truck...

I ordered some beef ribs. As usual they were shipped right away. Then FedEx said they were delivered, but they had not come. I have a ring doorbell and so I knew FedEx had not come. But get this, I told Creekstone what happened and they immediately — same day — sent a replacement order. WOW. No hassle, no let’s wait and see, nothing. Just sent a new order. I don’t know about you, but I don’t often have great experiences with companies when things go wrong. I am seriously impressed. And by the way, their meat is the best, period. I used to order from Snake River, but Creekstone is an upgrade.

I just ordered a full packer brisket. I have also ordered in the past from Snake River Farms. I cook a lot of brisket on an offset smoker. The brisket arrived as promised and customer support was very good. What I really like about Creekstone Farms is that the full packer briskets are not frozen -- they arrive fresh. With SRF, they arrive frozen solid. I think that makes a difference. SRF is also a lot more expensive. I am attaching photos of the Creekstone Farms -- I was quite proud of this. I will be ordering from Creekstone going forward. ...

I would give them zero stars for customer service. I have ordered from them for many years but there's other companies that have better customer service. We ordered 4 boneless ribeye steaks and hamburger pucks. In the order form, the order for the steaks was highlighted, as if there's something wrong (see photo.) I normally put the items straight in the freezer but checked the order this time. They ONLY sent 3 steaks (we're a family of 4.) Customer service will not send the additional steak nor can I return the items. But, the person obviously knew he sent 3 steaks! I would normally be ok with a refund but these are very expensive steaks so I cannot order more just so we can all eat. We have 4 in the family. Customer service rep even suggested to, 'just cook something else' for the 4th family member. Just wow! I hope their management team records these discussions and uses them to train...
