Finding Bell Ford was not an accident but fate.
My son had just bought a new F150 at our local dealership and the experience was ok. After deciding it was time to look for a new vehicle myself, I started a search for an F250. After not finding a ‘24 unit with what I was looking for I decided I wanted to place a special order for 2025. Went into my local dealership and there was not much excitement or urgency to place my order and they told me to come back next week.
Well over the weekend I stumbled over a fresh trade on Autotrader.com that was located at Bell Ford with extremely low miles and basically 95% of what I was looking for. I never heard of Bell Ford and checked their online reviews which gave me the confidence to potentially work with them. So I filled out the contact form and was quickly assigned a sales representative the next business day.
First thing Monday morning Lindsey (who is absolutely wonderful) reached out and we began the buying process. I drove up that evening (1 hour drive) and reached a very fair agreement on a trade in price on my GMC Yukon XL and negotiated a final price on the F250. The entire process was very pleasant without any pressure. I offered a deposit to hold the truck and was told we honor handshake agreements here. We picked up the truck later that week and promised we would definitely be back for future vehicle needs.
Unless you enjoy big city dealership games and broken promises, I can assure you will not find a better experience than what Bell Ford provides. Thanks...
Read moreThe sales end of my experience was great, Kyle made it one of the best experiences that I have ever had. The reason I gave a two star review is my experience after the first oil change. I was told by another ford dealership that is closer to where I live that my rear tires were down to 5/23" and that I should consider replacing them soon. My wife and I were told that new tires were put on the vehicle before we picked up the vehicle. After calling the service department to talk to ask what was able to be done about the situation they told me that new tires were not put on the vehicle. Then I got in contact with Kyle and he said that new tires should have been put on so he went and talked to his boss (the owner). The owners response was that $1000 was taken off the price to compensate, this was never explained to us before the transaction took place. Needless to say nothing was done for us and the reason the two of the tires were wearing faster than the other two is because Bell Fords mechanics did a half assed job on the certified checklist and did balance those two tires correctly. The dealerships fault and they still refuse to admit to it and resolve the issue. Due to the lack of customer service after the purchase i would not call this a good dealership. We worked with Rich whom let us drive several used cars and told us about the history and any recent maintenance. We had a lower budget for our second vehicle and they were able to match with what we exactly needed, an affordable payment and fuel efficiency! We paid a fair price and Rich seemed trustworthy from the start. The application/loan portion was super easy with Jessie. We were able to get the financing set up with a few calls/faxes through my breaks at work. Two days later, we went to pick up our car and the signing took maybe 45 minutes and the car looked amazing!
