Extremely slow and poor communication. Placed order on Dec 8 2024 and received the buckle today. It wasn’t anything special, a stock order off their website. No specialized or personal engraving. It took 70 days from the date I ordered it, to receive it. Just not very professional. After many emails from me to them, I finally received it.

Update Ordered the first belt and buckle set back in early December 2024 and did not receive until Feb 2025. Horrible communication and misleading info in emails (lies, really) throughout this first ordeal. Over 60 days to receive. A manager named Evert called me after this debacle and offered me a free belt as a way of apologizing. I decided to give them another shot as I understand things happen especially during holiday season. Evert told me to let him know if any issues arise on this order. Placed a second order 3/16/25 (non holiday season) and as of today, still haven't received and still not even completed yet. 70 days and counting. This order has become worse than the first. After 55 days had passed, I left 2 messages on 2 separate days with a worker at the store for Evert to call me. No return call. Finally spoke to him on day 60 bc he got caught answering the phone. He said he would immediately check on this and call me back. He never did. Their website clearly states shipping time between 40-50 days. Very misleading, unprofessional, and non truthful company.

UPDATE 6/1/25 As if things couldn’t get worse- received the 3 piece buckle set today (finally 70+ days later) and it’s missing the tip. Clearly not attached to the belt as they do and no where...

The buckle is awarded to people who have accomplished a great task. I looked around at several companies to customize a buckle for me and chose Molly's Custom Silver. The whole process from the first phone call to explain my needs to end of order was positive. The website functioned flawlessly and kept me up to date where my order was in the process. I ordered this buckle for two reasons. First, this buckle is in memory of and honoring a woman who dedicated her life to the equine world including a 501c3 horse rescue. She was also my first horse trainer. The second reason is, I am considering placing an order for 12 buckles to award to the companies, stores and people from the horse community who stepped up and provided heavy equipment, supplies & materials, time and labor, support to save this rescue from being shut down. This was a major project with a major cost. If it wasn’t for these people, the rescue would have been shut down and the 46 horses could have been confiscated. When I received the buckle, I was like “wow”. The quality of the workmanship and buckle exceeded my expectations. It is a buckle I would be proud to award someone or receive by someone.
