This place is amazing! Everything you could possibly need for anything Scottish and some Irish, UK, etc. High quality products, custom orders, cleaning and repairs... you name it! The owners are incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! They were very patient in answering my many questions about products, history, heritage, etc and were eager to talk about general history and culture. One of the owners makes her own baked goods and jams that are seriously some of the best I have ever had in my life. They have other products from the UK area, imported meats, cheeses, pies, etc that are incredible, and they have traditional haggis made by a butcher in Maine who is under licence(? direction? Not sure of the appropriate term here) from a butcher in Scotland to make haggis as close to original recipe as possible using US meat and USDA/FDA standards. Absolutely worth checking out for anyone of any background, just to see the products and sample (possibly buy) some of the incredible food.

This little shop is amazing! It’s filled with apparel, frozen foods from the UK, fresh baked goods, amazing cheese selection and interesting collectibles and novelties. The owners are on site and amazing, so pleasant and helpful. We got several cheeses, a loaf of fresh baked bread and a number of frozen items, the curry pie was incredible. We can’t wait to try the rest of our stash! Please don’t pass this little shop by, stop in, you won’t be disappointed!

We found this place looking for somewhere that could make a custom kilt for our wedding. We were not disappointed. The shop is beautiful. Robert and his wife are the most welcoming and professional people. We had an emergency jacket situation and these guys acted swiftly to find a solution. My husband looked his very best on our wedding day and it’s mostly thanks to these wonderful people. I’d give them six stars if I could.

I would give this rating a zero if I could, the owners wife is incredibly rude just slammed a door in our face and locked it after yelling at us for simply taking a moment break in her yard after a drive that was well over an hour. Her husband was a sweetheart (he gave us permission to be there) and kept trying to calm her down but she has no idea how to speak to the public and was yelling at me about how she's been awake since 4 am and we need to leave. I would not recommend this place at all as she has no professionalism which is unfortunate as the building looked very nice and her husband (the owner) was so sweet as well.

The owner/ male gave us permission. There was no sale going on. It was us driving hours and taking a few moments to breathe at 9:45 am 15 or so minutes before they opened. She came out in a huge huff. Yelled at us at there was 4 witnesses and slammed her door (in our faces mind you) and locked her building as if we were going to come in. It was incredibly unprofessional. The male came out and asked us "may I help you" we said "we were asked to meet here as we are from over an hour north and we are meeting a couple buddies, as soon as we meet here we will be leaving" he said that it was okay and walked away. Our friends show up, we speak for a few moments and stretch our legs and she comes running out very hostile and told us we need to leave right now as we are scaring off the customers that will be there shortly (mind you my husband is a large black man just standing there laughing with his buddies). I said we will be leaving very shortly and that we spoke with her husband and she just kept yelling that we need to leave and that this is a place of business, she had been up since 4 am etc etc. My husband tried explaining to her while even her husband tried getting her inside and she yelled at us and slammed the door and locked it. My husband was in fact an officer and we were within our rights to stop at a business and take a moment to breath after such a long morning.

I didn't even have the chance to shop if I wanted as there is barely any places around. I needed a bathroom and some food and to stretch and instead I was met with a woman who...

ATTENTION!! Day Trippers or fellow travelers there is a new and wonderful store. My wife and I have been there twice now. First time the store offered a full spectrum from clothing, home decor and YES treats for the tummy. The second time was today same great stuff as before but we had longer to visit. Again the eyes were gazing at all the Scottish and other Irish and Welsh products. We purchased fine soaps, candies, scones, meat pies, very tasty sodas and much much more. You need to visit to take it all in. Prices are very reasonable, staff is AMAZING so next trip out into Vermont go on 7A and go to this store you will be truly AMAZED. Sales staff answers any questions why because they have tasted the homemade treats or drank the sodas so you can have a first hand knowledge of what to expect like the Dandelion and Burdock soda, I thought what a weird combination but was surprised that the salesperson has actually had it and described the taste perfectly. It was delicious.... So head out to the store for a next destination you will not be disappointed. Please tell Julie and Sarah that...

This is not a store; rather, it is a small Scottish village, set down in Arlington, Vermont. Here, one can enter wearing tattered blue jeans, a tee shirt, and the baseball cap of your choice (its bill providing the back of your neck with neck with shade).

Emerging from Rablogan Castle, you might very well be the newly-minted owner of several complete kits of Scottish finery, sufficient to your hunting, walking, and even wedding use.

And... should the over 14,000 registered Scottish Tartans be insufficient to your needs, why not design your own? Ask to see the collection of tartans designed over the years by this firm.

Such extensive shopping would certainly leave one hungry. Scottish cheeses, freshly baked bread, smoked salmon, and yes, even a fine haggis each could find their way home with you, along with fine crystal allowing you thorough enjoyment of your wee dram.

No factory outlet store on this planet can provide this calibre of experience. Plus, the shopkeepers are a...
