I’ve shopped at Levin’s and had crappy furniture. Never satisfied. Came to Arnold from a mailer I received and I can say I will NEVER shop ANYWHERE else.

Start to finish, FANTASTIC customer service. We were assisted personally and were not pressured at all. My husband and I decided on a recliner and a customizable sectional and put it on layaway- something we thought was long gone! They gave us NO hassle about the frequency or infrequency of the payments. When we finally paid off the furniture, they called to let us know we would receive our furniture in 4 weeks and it was exactly 4 weeks when we were called for delivery. They came the next available day and the delivery men were kind and efficient! They called to say they were on the way and arrived when they said they would. They set up our furniture and left- they did not leave a trace of themselves behind.

I called Arnold back when I realized our invoice said our recliner was meant to be a swivel recliner. They resolved the problem in one day! We were given two options- the factory offered to rebuild the chair at no cost, or, refund us the difference in price. We opted to get the refund.

We recently bought a sleeper sofa, love seat, and wingback chair from Arnold Furniture and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff in the store were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When we were debating which color swatches to use for the fabric, they were very patient with us and talked through the options and let us take the swatches home for a few days to mull it over and see what worked in our space. When they were delivered to our house, the delivery team was very friendly and even took the time to show us how the sleeper sofa worked. Good morning I cannot say enough good things about Arnold Furniture.. This is a family owned business and I felt the caring and the detail as soon as I walked through those doors. Brittany was my first contact and she was wonderful. She was patient she had ideas for me. She went over and beyond what needed to be done to help me get what I needed.
