
Steer clear! RXNT’s guidance through the Change Healthcare hack has been less than subpar in my opinion. The hack occurred in February and they are still “working out kinks” and changing things which has created a huge disruption in getting claims out which has a direct effect on receiving payment. Many of my colleagues were able to continue with minimal disruption almost IMMEDIATELY after the change healthcare hack through other practice management systems.
