I’m a philly native and have been getting wawa hoagies n chips since forever. But this has to be one of the worst locations. Staff doesn’t know how to communicate. I ordered a breakfast n a iced coffee on the app. Went and got my sandwich but my drink wasn’t ready . Waited by the station for the drinks . The young guy behind the station asked me my order number and said I’m working on it. So I was patient since it was busy he leaves the station n comes back again asks My number. He said ok I wait a little while more n told him I just wanna cancel my order he says he doesn’t know how. So I go to the front register because I asked for a manager. Ask the cashier can I just cancel my order . She said just be patient I say I have I just can’t wait any longer. She asked what I ordered I told her a iced coffee. She said it’s there n it’s ready. I told her that’s not mine. She argues that it is so she leaves her line to prove her point. When she gets there it’s not mines. And guess what she tries to look up my order and they can’t find it in the system after the guy at the station asked for my number 2x n said he was working on my order. Unbelievable. She refunded my money and blamed it on technology. No it’s communication he communicated that he was working on my order 2xs but never was . Skip this wawa or go to the newer one...
Read moreIt’s really unfortunate that you can’t expect any kind of consistency from a store that has always been nothing but. This wawa used to be pristine and something to brag about. Now their sandwiches are pathetic. They charge more and give less than ever. I understand there are supply shortages but charging $1.60 for extra meat and giving me this on an Italian is absolutely insane. I don’t understand how an employee didn’t find it ridiculous. It’s not even a full centimeter. Look at this picture lol. Does that look like a $10 dollar sandwich?? You’d have to be blind to say so. Sorry for the rant but it is simply not worth buying anything that isn’t a hoagie from wawa at this point. They skimp on every single order and every time I order a panini the height changes quite considerably. You can’t expect the same amount of anything in your sandwich any time you order. Ordered curbside this evening Order #70 supposed to be ready by 8:19. 8:50 I asked the hubby to go in and get the food because maybe something was wrong. Once they locate our food it is sitting up front. Once we get home we realize our order is wrong. I call back and speak to someone named Frankie. I was asking questions which I guess irritated him so he hung the phone up on me. I called back spoke to Haley who wasn’t much help. She claimed Frankie wasn’t a lead and he answered phone because she was busy. She then put me on hold. Spoke to Mr. John who also said he was a manager and he was courteous and definitely tried to rectify the situation. If more employees were like Mr. John this WaWa’s wouldn’t have so many bad reviews as of late. Not going to lie.
