
Sadly, our experience with this location was pretty horrible today. My husband and I been going here for awhile After being away for nearly two years, yesterday for a quick trip to gym so we can enjoy a workout when we arrived and even the front staff we was acknowledged Shortly after we were finally able to work out I went to the front desk to ask for another keycard, when I was informed by the owner a short stalky lady was rude and unprofessional since we just barely got to facilitate and accommodate thirty minutes disappointed and thirty minutes we leave right after. the staff member wearing a grey tank shirt the frontbdesk was taken back by how rude and unpleasant she acted towards my family we are cancelling our members next month...

They are all booked up and too busy. Gym is usually busy most the day. Personal Training Fee per hour is at the top end of the average cost. I go during the day most the time and there is never anybody to be found at the front desk. It seems anybody can just walk in and start working out. Way overpriced. You can get a month subscription in Las Cruces at Fitness One gym for the price of their week pass and I can guarantee you it offers a lot more than Redline fitness...
