I just recently moved to Artesia from Louisiana. I had ordered a couch online to be delivered once I arrived, but there was a problem getting the piece that I wanted. I was directed to the Artesia store where they were aware of my problem. The store manager Sunday got my online order canceled. She was very understanding, nice & professional. She showed me another couch that she had that was just a shade difference from what I had ordered.
