Nearly every time we visit this business, the owner, Eldon Chupp, is the first one you meet when you walk through the door. The service provided by EMC is first-rate, the furnishings (including sheds and swing sets) reflect the best in craftsmanship, and Eldon's knowledge and experience in the products he sells make the trip to Chesterville (just east of Arthur) more than worth the travel time it takes to visit his store. Have purchased a glider and a playset that was delivered and installed. Nothing but great things to say about this business and everyone that works there. Communication is great and all promises are delivered. Was able to take home glider same day and custom ordered playset that was installed within a month of designing.
