Purchased a king mattress here less than 2 (summer 2020) years ago and was a hectic but overall good experience. Went in today to purchase a mattress and box for my granddaughter and to speak with them about the warranty on the king as it has not held up to the 10 year warranty that was a sales point on the mattress. The employee was very nice, she took our info and came back and said she was unable to locate our information. We followed her to the front to have the people there (owners I believe) look it up. Their reaction was a slap in the face to a former and almost repeat customer as I had intended to buy a new complete queen bedroom today. As the information was not on the “spreadsheet” provided to the employee I was surprised that the woman (who sold us the king) behind the counter could bother to put her phone down and both seemed annoyed at being disturbed. They weren’t even remotely interested in assisting us with the problem. They only said we had to bring in the tag form the mattress. No information on the process. No attempt to find our information. Nothing. At that point I told that was fine I would find my granddaughter’s queen set elsewhere and turned to walk out. The woman yelled “seriously?” At my retreating back. I turned told her absolutely seriously! If you can’t be bothered to assist a returning customer and honor the warranty I certainly can’t be bothered to buy anything else. It’s a shame they so lazy they lost a cash sale today and the continued business of a local family currently remodeling and planning to purchase a full house of furniture.    Read moreI ordered and paid for a range and matching microwave oven on Nov. 8th, 2017. I just received the stove a week ago, and still haven't gotten the microwave oven!!! They swore it would be delivered today 12-15-2017 and I didn't get it!! I will never buy anything from them again. At the beginning I was told everything would arrive in 2 weeks. Never Again!
December 17, 2017 Forschlers made everything right by me today! I went in and they were so friendly. They resolved my previous problem! They even went out of their way to make it right. I am very happy now and have even made some friends! Be sure that when you order something from them you understand their UNWRITTEN no refund policy on deposits….even if they can’t get the furniture you ordered!! Their response to my inquiry if I had sign a contract confirming I acknowledged this policy is that it’s posted in their store and that I was verbally told about it, yet I wasn’t and never saw the sign. Then was told that they aren’t trying to keep my money and will make it available in store credit, yet that’s exactly what they are doing. Holding my money hostage.
