This is the most disgusting facility I have ever visited in my life. The bathroom was covered with urine and feces which seemed to be there for days. In between the escalators going up stairs there was popcorn and other food items spilled. Another person posted a picture review of this! The entire facility had dirty/sticky floors. The popcorn was burnt, old tasting, and overcooked to the point the popcorn maker was smoking. The drink station was disgusting, everything was broken, and watered down. The second floor looks abandoned, the upstairs station for butter/ straws/napkins looks like it hasn’t been touched in 6 months. I cannot imagine the amount of health violations this place has. There was zero staff on the second floor which is horrifying if something was to go wrong. There is so many 1 star reviews on Google that have yet to be addressed. This place needs to be shut down and new management needs to be hired. The movie was set to start at 730. I believe they are selling 730PM and 800PM tickets in the same room and showing the movie at 800PM because I have never seen so many previews. I arrived and was told they were unable to prepare 90% of the menu, and could only offer pizza, pretzels or popcorn. The seats were disgusting, sticky, and unclean. I had to use sanitizing wipes to clean. Especially during a time with Covid I felt extremely unsafe during the movie. If this place is unable to be turned around quickly the state will literally shut this place down. I notified corporate and they did nothing except tell me they have accepted my feedback. Do not spend your hard...
Read moreHow I wish I can provide negative stars!! I see a lot of other comments about bad customer service but it doesn’t seems go from bad to worse.
The kid in the ticket counter is thoroughly unprofessional - doesn’t know how to talk to customers. My little child ran to the restroom without checking in at the ticket counter. I was about to call him back (I did not get in) but he had already reached the restroom. The guy at the counter asked me for tickets. I said I didn’t have one yet for which he said you cannot enter the area and you have to check in at the counter which is fine. I said sorry. But then he kept yapping abut how it is a huge security breach as if it is an immigration counter and how it is totally unacceptable , warned me not do it next time etc with a stern face. Please teach them how to handle customers.
I’m a regular AMC customer. Last time I took “perks at work” coupon which offers few $ off the regular ticket price and he kept talking as if he knows everything and let me know that “new management” won’t accept these coupons and I should not show them in the future. I as a customer is least bothered about who manages it - if AMC provides the coupon they have to honor. His supervisor resolved the situation and gave me the discount. Last time I didn’t want to write a bad review as I wanted to give them benefit of doubt. But this incident is totally unacceptable and they should teach customer service 101 & empathy...
Read moreWish I could give this review negative stars. Terrible customer service- there wasn’t even “customer service” at all. This used to be my go to place but this place has really taken a turn for the worse. Employees don’t know how to handle anything, manager does nothing. Walked into the movie theater (keep in mind previews were still showing), ready to watch Oppenheimer- a movie I have been looking forward to. Much to my surprise, there were people sitting IN MY seats that I booked TWO WEEKS well in advance. My dad went up to them and asked them why they were sitting there, and they said they were “relocated”. Why exactly are people getting “relocated” into seats that have already been bought? All of the bottom two rows were empty- why couldn’t they could have sat there? These people were not even there to WATCH Oppenheimer! They moved here from a complete different theater! The employees let my family and I get food, get drinks, go all the way up to the theater to see that my seats were taken. Clearly this is not “reserved seating” if the manager and employees don’t have the balls to move people out of their seats. I have never heard of someone getting relocated in a movie theater. Horrible customer service. Left the movie theater and did not even get to watch my movie that I booked TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE. Get better employees that can stand up to people. Thumbs down. Get your...
