Beware of this dealership. They promote a thinly veiled image of luxury, but in reality, provide a very poor customer experience.

I came to Exclusive Auto Group to investigate buying a new Bentley Bentayga.

When I arrived at the dealership, member of their staff was walking in - I followed. She sat down and proceeded to play on her phone. I stood for a minute or two before she looked up and asked ā€œoh, did you need help?ā€. I expressed interest in buying a car, she told me to go upstairs and maybe I could find someone on the sales floor. Hmm… great customer service.

When I text messaged them expressing interest in their cars via their website, I was messaged back by an automated message complete with poor grammar and missing template items.

ā€œ, we appreciate your inquiry about the . We'll be in touch the next available hour to discuss this remarkable vehicle. In the meantime, do you have any questions you have by replying to this message.ā€

Shortly after I received a message from the same number. It was from ā€œJulietteā€. She followed up several times at odd hours and always promised to help, however she could never further my requests. It became clear that I was either talking to an AI chat-bot or someone that didn’t have any authority to help with anything besides passing on a message.

Smelling something fishy, I decided to buy well kept pre-owned Range Rover Sport as a litmus test before purchasing the new Bentley Bentayga. I needed a car to take my dog on muddy adventures - this fit the bill nicely.

I arrived at the dealership on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Trevor. I requested to see the car because I wanted to buy it. He told me it was in the shop and that I could not see it. However, the used car sales manger, Andrew, could help me on Monday. I was displeased, but played along. Were they really going to push off someone willing to make an immediate purchase?

I messaged Andrew expressing my intent to buy. He got back to me and said that we could talk Monday. On Sunday night, I saw that the car had sold. I texted Andrew asking if the car had been taken down in anticipation of my offer. He affirmed that was the case and that we could talk in the morning.

On Monday morning I arrived at the dealership only to be told that the car was sold to a different buyer Sunday night. I asked for an explanation as to why the sales manager promised me the car, but it was sold to a different party. He could not provide a good answer.

I asked for the dealership manger’s card. It was provided hesitantly. His name turned out to be Mehdi Soltanian. I reached out to Mr. Soltanian, expressing my frustration and asking for assistance. I received an out of office email requesting that I reach out to Omid Azizaldin at EAG. I did. To date (a week or two later), I have not heard from either party.

It’s obvious that the dealership is only interested in your business if you are going to spend real money and that they don’t value the time or put in the effort to build a relationship with future customers.

I’ll be taking my money to a different...

I've made two purchases from EAG. The first went super smooth and was great, which led me to come back to purchase a Maserati. This second purchase was not as great and is the reason for my one star rating. The test drive of the car was good. Everything looked great. The team worked with me to get the price that I wanted to get out of the door. Within the same week of purchase, I had to replace the wipers, I noticed that there was a bubble in the tire and the Maserati emblem was coming off of the hood. It takes a few calls and finally I'm able to get the car in to have the tire replaced and the emblem fixed. They replaced the tire with one that was the same brand, but completely WORN. There's no tread on it at all. I'm only just noticing after bringing it to a Maserati dealership for evaluation. The initial fix of the emblem left divets in the hood from where they tried to fix it and white glue residue across that area of the hood. When I first made a call about the glue, I was told to maybe use some residue cleaner on the car.... finally after going to the dealership, Regina helped me to get this taken care of and she was AWESOME! Got the car back with a beautifully stunning hood, glue free and emblem intact. Because I purchased a warranty on the first vehicle, I was due a refund since it could not be transferred. This is something that I had to inquire about. Additionally, the initial financing paperwork was done through the dealership and I switched over to my credit union. Making this transfer also required a refund on the GAP insurance. In order to get the ball rolling on both of those refunds it took several calls AND visits to the dealership. If I did not reach out to the staff, the staff didn't try to reach out to me about getting things going and its progress. I called many times having to leave voice messages and getting no return calls. Over and over. When I finally was able to actually speak with the contact in finance who was to assist, it was as if she didn't know that I had requested a refund for either thing. This process took about two months. I was initially told that the refund from the warranty may take 5 weeks or so, but it took that amount of time just to get in touch with the correct person to get a progress report. Once I was able to make contact with Bea, hope I spelled that correctly, she had both refunds processed in about a week and a half. She was Awesome! I made the purchase in September, the Maintenance light came on in November. Took the car to Maserati dealership for a service evaluation, just the initial tire inspection shows that the other three tires are worn out and one even about to rot. There's now a clicking during sharp turns and it's hard to say if it's from bad tires or something more. Although the staff is friendly, the office is pristine, and they have nice hospitality, I can't say that after this second purchase I would recommend EAG or make another purchase from them. This second experience was a complete...

Exclusive automotive group is an excellent place to come if you are looking for quality and excellent customer service. I was looking for a new car and I had already went through so many different used car dealerships to find a nice preowned vehicle that had not been in a bunch of previous accidents, no history of keeping up with the maintenance of the vehicle, and something that had fairly low mileage for a decent price. I Saw something about exclusive automotive group on the Internet so I decided to check them out. I was greeted by a sales representative named Stephen Arnold and when I walked in, I had not met this guy, talked on the phone or even told him what I was looking for at all in reference to a car, an SUV, a new pick up truck, I was really undecided. When he greeted me, it was after I had already walked around and looked at all the vehicles on the lot and had already knew in my head which one I would possibly be leaving there with. His first words to me after introducing himself were ā€œ so how did you like that Range Rover.ā€ I never stopped at this Range Rover, or even looked at it because I knew as a parent that I needed an SUV and a range rover was my choice if I was going to choose an SUV. When I saw there was one on the lot I looked at all of my dream cars and said my goodbyes so visually you would’ve thought I was interested in purchasing a Bentley or a Ferrari because that’s what I was looking at. I was waiting to get inside to speak to a sales representative about the range rover specifically so I can get keys and look inside and take this thing for a test drive. I was impressed by his knowledge of not only that vehicle, but every vehicle on the lot and how in sync with the customers and knowing exactly what I wanted and helping get exactly what I needed. Thank you Stephen. I’ll be back for that...
