I cannot say enough good things about Yanina and the services she offers. I stumbled upon this experience, and I booked more on a whim than a plan, but after meeting Yanina and experiencing the mountain blessing ceremony, I now feel like I was meant to be there. Meeting Yanina is immediately familiar, and I did not feel out of place at all. She makes you feel comfortable and leads you on a path layered with teaching, meditation, and so much healing it's indescribable. The light and happiness that I felt continued to increase throughout the session as we worked together in June, and has not left me. I wish I could give more than five stars! I have recently purchased a few items from the website such as herbal tea and flower essences, which have helped me continue my growth. The love and healing that these items were prepared with is overflowing and definitely palpable. After meditating and thinking about my intentions I feel so guided to move softly. Normally I am very high strung and high energy but this has given me a new sense of peace and being able to move through situations with a calmness and clarity I haven't known before. It's so much easier to flow into happiness and move through things. I feel so blessed to have met Yanina, and if you're reading this it's probably a sign you should see her too. I am forever grateful and I cannot wait to plan a trip...

I had the pleasure of attending a Smoke Bundle workshop with Yanina at Activated Earth over the weekend. This session was dedicated to learning about and using plants as medicine. Oh my goodness! What an incredible experience! Yanina is so knowledgeable and creates a safe, welcoming space for others to learn and explore through her gentle guidance. During the workshop we were invited to select plants from the medicine wheel garden planted on-site to create our plant bundles, and while we assembled our bundles, we learned about the healing properties of each of the plants. Yanina shared her ancestral and sacred traditions and teachings in ways that were accessible and uplifting. Attending her workshop was deeply connective and fulfilling for me personally. While I grew up in Canton and still have family and friends there, I have lived elsewhere in WNC for the last 23 years. My two friends and I had a wonderful experience with Yanina at Activated Earth. We were visiting Asheville and found her web site on line and registered for her Amulet making workshop. It was even more rewarding than we had anticipated. Firstly, Yanina is a beautiful soulful person who possesses a profound depth of knowledge related to the earth, plants, cultures, energy, etc. Her workshop space is peaceful and serene filled with the elements of her passion. Her garden area is an excellent class room in itself for leaning about the plants and flowers that are used in her workshops.
