Growing Wild Forest School — Local services in Asheville

We love Forest School! We are currently sending our second child to Growing Wild and have really enjoyed our experiences over the years at this school. The campus is perfectly-sized and located for little learners to run around and explore and grow together. The teaching team is fantastic! They love the kids and really go above and beyond to create special experiences and bonds with each child. My kids have both shown such great motor skill and proprioceptive skill growth from their experiences at GWFS. They also have developed a deep respect for, and relationship with, Mother Nature. We utilize their afternoon program, Acorn Adventures as well! We absolutely recommend to other families looking for that special outdoor learning environment...

I cannot say enough good things about Growing Wild. My oldest is a graduate and my middle is currently enrolled. My oldest really came out of her shell and discovered a deep love and understanding of the natural world that she still carries with her. She still speaks fondly of her time there and mentions facts she learned at Growing Wild. My currently enrolled child is a wild one. It takes a lot for me to feel confident that he will be kept safe when away from home. I trust these teachers and they do a great job of easing my momma heart when I worry about him.
