Nicole at Fetch mobile dog spa is amazing! I brought a new puppy into my home and my older dog, who has some health problems, has been feeling worse since. She has always had some health problems, but I think the energy of the new little puppy exacerbated them. I texted Nicole to see if she could do a grooming in her mobile pet spa. She was incredible! She gave my dog little bits of treats and made her feel comfortable. Nicole is very kind and professional. She has a wonderful warm way with dogs - my dogs all loved her! Terrible grooming job on my Bernadoodle. Shaved patches all over his body. I was told he would be ready around 4 oclock. I did not get notification that he was ready until 4 o’clock and at that time I was rudely told that they closed at 4. Their website clearly posted that they are open until 5 weekdays. I have had the pleasure of having Nicole groom my girls for a year now in the mobile van. She is amazing with both of them. I have one that is very easy and the other….VERY ANXIOUS.
