Update to to my original review. The owner called me, because of this review, to tell me that he doesn't agree with my opinion. He never apologized, never asked why i felt this way, never asked what he could do in the future to improve. He then told me that he "knows a lot of people that (my) husband does work for" and essentially threatened to put a bad word out about his business. Even though he has never had any work done to be able to review or comment on that. This is THE WORST of business management. You're able to Google this business and find many bad review. No business owner should call to harass anyone about their experience and review. I am now dropping this to a one star because of how unprofessionally this was handled. I used this florist twice now. The first was a corsage which the 'designer' asked for a picture for reference and turned out pretty cute. Then the second dance, we were in need of a hand held bouquet and she did not ask for a picture so I told her the dress was light pink or blush. I arrived the day it was needed and I about died because she used orange/peach roses. Why in the world would you ever use orange hues with a pink dress ?!? My son's girlfriend didn't even take them to the dance with her because the flowers looked horrible in the pictures and on top of the horrible color clash, two of the roses were wilting and looked rough...for almost 60 bucks. My family and I have ordered from this business for many years. Sadly the quality of the flowers and the timeliness of deliveries has gone downhill. My husband has ordered flowers to be delivered to me at work on several occasions with the most recent one being the very last. I understand some holidays not being able to guarantee exact times to be delivered but when they are delivered late on a Friday and aren’t seen until Monday, it kind of ruins the occasion, not to mention the flowers aren’t near as fresh.
