First off the customer satisfaction is easily the best that money could buy! Tom deserves 10/10 from start to finish. Took my Marshall TSL 100 to get fixed and retubed. Took a lil longer than expected but that’s because of Marshall taking forever to get us the part because of covid. This guy might know his stuff, but I don't know that he has the most professional practices. He 'fixed' my amp's power tube issue by putting in mismatched power tubes and biasing my amp way too hot (or maybe not at all). I had to get another professional to fix my amp.

What got to me most was that when I shared my experience with other guitarists, they were unsurprised I ran into issues...
