DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Clearly, I should have payed close attention to the reviews before renting. I rented this place for my reception in September 28th of 2019. I loved that the place had a full kitchen to use because I cooked my own food. The place was very nice and reasonable. My father, who paid for this event agreed to a 100$ deposit as well as 300$ on the day of the event. After 2 months of calling , leaving voicemails, attempting to get in contact with the lady we rented from (who seemed very eager to rent it to begin with but as soon as the event was over couldn’t answer the phone to save her life!). My father contacted via phone and left a voicemail and also texted stated if he did not receive his deposit back he would take further action through the courts. Magically, less than a week later AT THE END OF NOVEMBER. We received a letter in the mail stating we did not sweep and mop which is a LIE and that’s why we cannot have our deposit back. I have about 20 witnesses (whom all helped clean, sweep, mop, and remove trash) AS DIRECTED IN THE CONTRACT. For them to lie and say we did not is awful business! I repeat. DO NOT RENT...

My son was married here this past weekend, (4/08/2023) and the bride's family rented this venue, so I'm not certain of the rates. The venue was in very decent condition and easily accommodated approximately 75, there was room for more. The large kitchen is great. There is an indoor bar area as well as many coolers. The outdoor area has adequate space for parking quite a few vehicles. It's within easy reach from I-81. The outside pavilion is spacious and comfortable as we did an outdoor wedding. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Only complaint is that when I arrived the pavilion wasn't swept out as you can see in 2 of the photos. I as the officiant helped by finding a broom and sweeping out the entire thing (in a 3 piece suit) so we could set up the area for a wedding... Otherwise, have your party also prepared to do a bit of setting up and cleaning up. Not sure if "full service" is provided... that probably would be up to what's contracted?!? Again, I did not book it,...

A month ago, I rente the salon during all this time nobody answered my calls for the return of my deposit, today 1 month later I received a letter in which they tell me not to return my deposit for not cleaning the premises, which is a lie because I did everything the contract says, clean, map etc, personally renting this place has been a very stressful experience for me, that I would not recommend to anyone, and if it were true because they took so long to tell me, and I also have about 20 people from witnesses with whom we clean the premises, very unhappy with the opportunism of certain people to take ownership of what does not...
