It was an absolute joy to work with CPOS from initial contact at a home show, through in home estimate, measuring, and installation. Their product and service are such high quality it is no surprise that there was never any high pressured sales pitch. Their product and people sell themselves. Having evaluated several refacing companies at the home show, it was obvious that CPOS was by far the best; moreover, the other products were not even worth considering. Wish I could remember names, ugh, but from the beginning at that home show, I was listened to, my questions were answered, and I was allowed to touch and play with their displays (drawers, hinges, doors). Other companies would not let me within 6 feet of their displays without demanding my contact info. No no no! Refaced vs. all new cabinetry was a big decision for me because, as I live a whole food plant based lifestyle, I practically live in my kitchen preparing nearly all my food from scratch. I did not want compromises and CPOS delivered.

Every CPOS employee was thorough, on time, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly enjoyed what they were doing. I am "that" customer who wants to know about (and appreciate) the details of fine craftsmanship. Before CPOS, I did not think it possible to get the custom cabinetry I wanted without filling a landfill with my old cabinet boxes, paying a fortune to buy all new cabinets, and having my kitchen inaccessible for weeks. But I did!

Custom - provided an option for my custom color, reconfigured two standard base cabinets into drawers, optimized space in remaining drawers and cabinets by removing awkward center posts. Quality - solid maple doors and dovetailed drawer boxes, new softpull hardware, trim and panelling over my builder grade rough cut surfaces and painstaking care in installation (thank you, Greg). Transparency - simple detailed price quote, contract, timetable, and payment schedule. No surprises! Ok, one giant surprise - exceeded...

We recently had the pleasure of working with CPOS Resurfacing to remodel our kitchen, originally built in 1998, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From the beginning, the team provided exceptional design guidance, helping us breathe new life into our outdated kitchen without the need for a full cabinet replacement—an important factor for us as we aimed to control costs. Our 22- year old kitchen cabinet doors were falling apart and we were looking for solutions to our situation. We had discussed a wide range of options from new cabinets to refacing. Then, we met the team from CPOS & Refacing. We are glad we did!

The owner visited our home and explained that our cabinet boxes were in good shape. He presented a third option we hadn’t considered which was re-dooring. He let us know that we could color match our existing boxes. In addition, he suggested we add crown molding, light rail, and even baseboard around our island. We are thrilled with the outcome. Our kitchen looks refreshed and modern.

There are two things we greatly appreciate about CPOS & Refacing. The first is that they didn’t try to upsell us and recommend products we didn’t need. We were spared the mess, expense, and disruption of installing new cabinets.

The second thing we liked is their attention to detail. They were exacting in their measurements and pointed out pros and cons of various alterations we were considering.
