Homewood Village Shopping Center — Local services in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

It's this location ownership of real property and building is always the issue at some discussion spaces. No idea the matter, but i have the same exact issues in lower Manahattan on a particular block as well as a location at a particular block in Rhode Island known as long neck concept. Lots of great stores- the Dollar General on the corner has produce , frozen and bakery departments as well as the items normally carried by them, there's a Walgreen's, an awesome thrift store (Atlanta Mission Athens Thrift Store)and several great ethnic restaurants. Free IT is also housed in one of the buildings.

Plenty of free parking and easy access off Exit 14 from the Rte 10 loop.

To be fair, this shopping center has been around a long time and it doesn't show as much as it did 10 years ago. I feel like the current property management company has reinvested somewhat in keeping it generally clean. The Dollar General Marketplace, Thrift Store, and Restaurants are all far better than someone would expect at first glance.
