Hills Diesel is a Total Rip-Off Hills Diesel is hands-down the worst auto shop I’ve ever dealt with. I dropped my car off for repairs, and they didn’t touch it for a WEEK. They lied repeatedly, claiming they had an open bay and would “start any day now,” but nothing happened. I called daily, and the staff was rude, evasive, and clearly didn’t care. In the end, I had to pay to get my car TOWED out of their lot because they wouldn’t release it without a fight. No work done, no accountability, just excuses and attitude. Avoid this place...

We were about to go on vacation and got an alert that the brakes needed serviced. We also thought that we needed struts. We called Hills and they got us in right away. While we waited we went to breakfast . Before we finished we got a call that the work was done and that we didn’t really need struts after all. The service was awesome and I feel that I can trust what they tell me. That is a huge deal for a woman that knows nothing about cars.
