I don't even know where to begin, so I will start by saying: WoW!

We were lucky enough to get Bob, who showed us just how much a small business, can exceed a national chain store. With Bob's experience and personal attention, we were able to keep things going smoothly, despite what another contractor left in their wake (plumber company).

After everything, it felt like Hurst Designs treated our floors like an improvement to a family's home, rather than "just another job" in a line of jobs. If I could give more stars, I would. Thanks again...
